Sean Taborda is Network and Operations Director at Cigna UK HealthCare Benefits. An experienced operations professional, Sean provides a strong and focused approach to leadership. As a member of the management team, Sean supports the development and implementation of the UKHB business strategy.

Sean joined Cigna in 2009 and has helped shape operations in Madrid, Hong Kong and more recently in the United States. In his role based in Austin Texas, he enjoyed significant success in the role of Vice President for Direct Distribution in the U.S. individual market.

Sean has a strong pedigree for realising operational efficiencies for sustainable growth with outstanding customer service, and has 25 years of strategic management and implementation experience.

Along with his family, Sean relocated to Scotland in 2015 to join the UK business.
