A contemporary health assessment with a focus on a one-to-one coaching session with an expert physiologist. The particular feature of this assessment is its focus on today's lifestyle and health issues and its delivery by a highly trained health and wellbeing physiologist to motivate lifestyle and behavioural change where necessary.

This high specification health and wellbeing assessment looks at your health from every angle and lasts approximately two hours. The assessment includes access to the full range of the latest technology, as well as up to an hour with an experienced doctor.

360+ Health Assessment - for men and women

Our most comprehensive health and wellbeing assessment lasts approximately two and three quarter hours. It includes the full range of the very latest health assessment technology. It also includes a dynamic test measuring ECG and blood pressure during activity, plus a consultation with a physiologist on lifestyle management.
