New Cigna UKHB medical plans give employers more choice

Cigna UK HealthCare Benefits (UKHB) is helping companies to better meet the health and productivity needs of their employees with the launch of an extended medical plan range, HealthCare Choices.  Employers have a variety of budgets and needs and are not always able to provide medical benefits to all employees. HealthCare Choices helps companies solve this challenge.

HealthCare Choices offers flexibility by extending the range of benefit options for comprehensive medical plans. CompanyHealth builds on Cigna’s existing comprehensive medical plan and now includes additional cancer cover options:

• Premier Cover extends to palliation.
• Active Cover includes active and evidence based treatment for primary and secondary cancer.
• Core Cover steps in where NHS cover ends.

HealthCare Choices also offers two innovative new medical plans with three levels of cover - giving employers an affordable way to cover more of their employee population:  

• EssentialHealth is a condition-specific plan designed for companies looking to address absence or productivity concerns.
• YourHealth allows employers to balance reward strategy with budget control for previously uninsured employees.
