This service is delivered through the Cigna Virtual Health® app by our service provider Dr Now. A Virtual GP consultation can be scheduled via the app instead of visiting a GP surgery. An experienced UK based GP will consult with you through a video call at a scheduled appointment time.

The Virtual GP can assess you and prescribe medication if needed – all through the power of virtual technology from the comfort of your own home or office.
