Important notes

1. Full reimbursement is subject to the standard limits of your DentaCare plan including: annual maximum limit, 2 examinations, 2 scale & polish, 4 x-rays, 6 sextants of periodontal treatment.
2. Cigna is not responsible for the quality of treatment received from any dentist.
3. Cigna will endeavour to sign up Full Cover dentists in your area but cannot guarantee you will have access to a Full Cover dentist, or that your existing/nominated dentist will agree to become a Full Cover dentist.
4. You must take along your membership card – found at the bottom of your welcome letter – when visiting a Full Cover dentist. You should also tell the dentist you have a Cigna plan.
5. Cigna reserves the right to withdraw the Full Cover feature at any time.
