Cigna delivers exceptional client satisfaction

Image of a 97% satisfaction Results of a recent employer survey show what employee benefits buyers value most in a client manager. Cigna HealthCare Benefits teamed up with Consensus Research to survey their medical and dental scheme clients at the end of last year. The results show employers want a client manager who is readily available and can quickly sort out their queries and problems. There’s no substitute for experience and so the best client managers know their benefits as well as they know their customers.

Employers also appreciate good management information – especially if it can address their specific needs and concerns. And of course they want the scheme administration to run smoothly, particularly in terms of billing and database management.      

Ann Dougan, Marketing Director said “We’re always looking for ways to better understand employers needs and to find out how well our service meets their expectations”.

The survey results show that Cigna clients are more than satisfied with the service they receive from the health benefits provider. Dougan continues “We’re delighted that more than 97% of our clients are satisfied with the service they and their employees receive from Cigna. But there’s always room for improvement and so we’re already working with our client and service teams to make that happen.”
