That”s a 20% savings on covered and non-covered private treatment costs. As long as you choose a Healthy Discounts dentist for your dental treatment, you can save more on the costs of dental care. Watch our video to learn more
It”s your choice. If your own dentist does not participate with Healthy Discounts, you can continue to use them and use your dental plan.

Healthy Discounts are part of a dental plan that can be offered to your employees. Dental plan members can save 20% on all dental treatment costs at a Healthy Discounts dentist, which means a saving of 20% less than on the dentist`s published private fees.

A number of dentists across the UK have signed up to a discount agreement with our dental partner”s network. These Healthy Discounts dentists have agreed to provide Cigna members with a 20% discount off their published private fees for all treatments. This means your employees can enjoy a 20% saving on treatments covered by their Cigna dental plan.

Yes, they can save on other treatments, such as teeth whitening and implants.

All Cigna dental plan members, including family members covered by a Cigna dental plan, can enjoy Healthy Discounts.

No, the savings only apply to fees for private dental treatment.
How do my members find a Healthy Discounts dentist?How do my members find a Healthy Discounts dentist?
There are over 480 Healthy Discounts dentists at more than 260 locations around the UK. Not all dentists at a dental practice may have signed up for the arrangement, so please ask that members confirm this before they visit. To locate a Healthy Discounts dentist, please use our online finder tool or call 0808 234 0440. We are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8 p.m.

They will pay 20% less for all treatments at a Healthy Discounts dentist. If they are having treatment that”s covered by their Cigna dental plan, members can just claim as they normally would. Employees can also have treatment that`s not covered by their Cigna dental plan and enjoy the 20% saving. They need to pay the treatment costs to the dentist themselves. They can”t make a claim to Cigna for this treatment.

Members must take their Cigna dental plan membership card or their ‘How to use a Healthy Discounts dentist” leaflet with them. These were sent to them with their welcome letter.

The Healthy Discounts feature does not affect their plan limits. Their claim for covered treatments will be subject to the reimbursement limits and annual maximum benefits detailed in the List of Benefits.
Do members have to use a Healthy Discounts dentist?Do members have to use a Healthy Discounts dentist?
No. They have complete flexibility. If their dentist is not a Healthy Discounts dentist, they can continue to visit them. The choice is theirs.
