Marketing Assistant

Greenock

Part Time Job Share (20 Hours per week)

Band 1


The Position:

The purpose of the role is to provide support within the department by providing administration assistance to both the marketing service team and the product team.

Main duties/Responsibilities:

  • Day to day maintenance of the marketing store database.
  • Completing requests within required time scales and ensuring data is kept up to date at all times.
  • Co-ordinating all internal print jobs and distributing to appropriate internal/external personnel.
  • Control stocks of toners and other materials for marketing printer.
  • Undertake marketing and ad-hoc project work, as required.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Previous experience within a corporate environment
  • PC literacy
  • Numeracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written/verbal
  • Creativity
  • Attention to detail
