International Eligibility Administrator
Greenock
The Position:
Maintain accurate and precise eligibility records for CIGNA International clients, ensuring quality in accordance with departmental standards and appropriate trade sanctions.
Issue membership literature in accordance with policy benefits and related products
Coordinate with Sales / Client Management Team regarding business inception and renewals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate membership database, entering and regularly updating client eligibility information.
- Make appropriate decisions on area of cover for each enrolment based on the member location and nationality and current trade sanctions.
- Liaise and coordinate with billing administrators / sales support / account managers or client on the inception or renewal of business
- Communicate directly with clients / billing administration / account managers / sales support as necessary to ensure the accuracy of information received and recorded.
- Respond direct to client regarding queries regulating to eligibility or membership literature as necessary.
- Ensure the accurate and timely production of membership ID cards and literature, dispatching as per agreement with client / broker & policy benefits.
- Provide detailed membership eligibility reports as and when required.
- Maintain accurate files for each client in respect of related products, coverage and contacts.
Experience:
- At least 2 years within an office environment
- Data Management experience
- Quality/Audit experience
Education/Professional Qualifications required:
- Higher Grade English
- PC literate
- Solid knowledge of Excel and Word
- Educated to higher standard
Skills/Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written an communication skills
- Ability to organise, prioritise and manage workflow to meet individual and team production standards
- Attention to detail, with high level of accuracy
- Ability to work under own initiative
- String customer focus with developed problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to proposing/implementing process improvements
- Good analytical skills
