Client Management Executive – Dutch Speaker

Purpose of the job/Key Objective:

CIGNA International Expatriate Benefits (CIEB), a division of CIGNA International, is a leading provider of group healthcare programmes for expatriate employees of large multinational organisations and their families. With over 25 years experience in this field, we have established businesses in the USA, UK, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Benelux and the Middle East.

We are recruiting for an Account Executive to support the European based Client Managers in all aspects of account maintenance, ensuring maximum effectiveness of internal administrative processes and communication to guarantee optimum service to the client.

Requirements of the role:

  • Deliver a high quality of customer service to clients through service calls and investigating and resolving service issues across an assigned section of our portfolio.
  • Participate in client visits to the European Service Centre and occasionally accompany the Client Managers to Client Meetings
  • Gather and analyse claims data.
  • Develop non standard reporting as required by the Client Management Team
  • Database Management
  • Provide quotations and administration support for the Continuation plan
  • Facilitate the renewal process in conjunction with the Client Management team
  • Pro-actively manage and negotiate renewal for our small book rated groups
  • Provide support to the European Sales team by ensuring that all new business cases are implemented accurately and in a professional manner

  • Experience of collation of data and statistical analysis
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take ownership
  • Capable of prioritising workloads in order to meet tight deadlines
  • Sound knowledge of excel and word

In order to be successful in this role you will need 2 years experience in a team based environment and be used to meeting tight deadlines and managing priorities.
